2 cups Almond flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey or other sweetener
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp lite sour cream
1 scoop Bowmar Nutrition Blueberry Cheesecake

Directions

Serving Size: 12

mix all ingredients together with a mixer
Put mixture in prepared baking muffin baking papers with cooking spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 23 to 25 minutes until light golden brown
