Ingredients
1 scoop of @bowmar_nutrition PBS
1 scoop of @bowmar_nutrition collagen
75 grams of frozen banana
20 grams of old fashioned rolled oats
1 graham cracker sheet
15 grams of sugar free vanilla pudding
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz of unsweetened almond milk
When I say she’s thick, she’s real THICK!! If you want it thinner, mix it and then add water or more milk.
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blend. Blend well.
