Ingredients
1 large banana
1/2 cup Apple sauce
1 cup Scottish oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 scoop bowmar vegan banana nut bread protein
2 tablespoons peanut butter of choice
2 tablespoons liquid egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
Mash banana in a large bowl
Mix in applesauce, baking soda, peanut butter, protein powder, egg whites and chocolate chips.
Once mixed gradually add in oats.
Spoon onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
