Ingredients

1 scoop of @bowmar_nutrition PFC
1 Granny Smith Apple (cored) I also left the skin on for this smoothie
20 grams of fresh spinach
1 oz of non fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup or 150 grams of old fashioned rolled oats
15 grams of @bowmar_nutrition cinnamon crunch cereal nut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 oz. Silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 of a graham cracker (one broken in half lol)

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a blend.
