Ingredients
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 scoop protein caramel apple
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp margarine
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sweetener or sugar
65g tart apple, diced
Optional: 14g sugar free caramel baking chips (not included in macros)
Directions
Serving Size: 4
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine the flour, protein powder, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
3. Melt the margarine in the microwave.
4. Whisk the egg and brown sweetener into the margarine.
5. Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir until fully combined.
6. Fold in the diced apple and caramel baking chips.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 26-29 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool in the pan and enjoy!
