- 8g Pancake Mix
- 8g PBC Protein Powder
- 4g Coconut Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
- 1/4 Sugar Free White Chocolate Pudding
- Mix (dry) 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 10g Frosted Cookie Protein Powder
- 10g Fruit Loops
- Redi Whip
In a bowl- combine pancake mix, 8g protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and egg white.
Spray mini pancake maker (or griddle) with spray oil.
When hot- pour batter and cook throughout.
Yields 2 mini pancakes.
In a bowl, mix pudding mix, almond milk, and remaining protein powder.
Layer pancakes and pudding mix.
Top with redi whip and fruit loops (I crushed 1/2 of mine and kept the other half whole).
