Ingredients

  • 8g Pancake Mix
  • 8g PBC Protein Powder
  • 4g Coconut Flour
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
  • 1/4 Sugar Free White Chocolate Pudding
  • Mix (dry) 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 10g Frosted Cookie Protein Powder
  • 10g Fruit Loops
  • Redi Whip

Directions

In a bowl- combine pancake mix, 8g protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and egg white.

Spray mini pancake maker (or griddle) with spray oil.

When hot- pour batter and cook throughout.

Yields 2 mini pancakes.

In a bowl, mix pudding mix, almond milk, and remaining protein powder.

Layer pancakes and pudding mix.

Top with redi whip and fruit loops (I crushed 1/2 of mine and kept the other half whole).
