Ingredients

150g of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
2 tbsp (30g) Coconut Oil
2 scoops of Bowmar Nutrition Protein Wedding Cake
Sprinkles

Directions

In a medium saucepan, begin by melting the wafers and coconut oil on low heat. Continuously stir until everything is fully melted. Next, add in the protein powder and continue mixing for approximately 2 minutes until it is smooth.

Line a cookie sheet (I used a 13.25inx9.25in) with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the paper. Spread around evenly and immediately top with sprinkles if you wish. Refrigerate until it hardens completely. Break up into servings sizes of your choice.
