Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 cup of sweetener (I used erythritol)
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
1 scoop of wedding cake protein
2 1/2 cup of almond flour
2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of strawberries (I used strawberries and raspberries)

Directions

Serving Size: 12

Mix together all ingredients except for the flour and baking powder. Make sure ALL are at room temp. Stir in almond flour and baking powder and protein powder half cup at a time. Then add in strawberries! Once you’re done with the batter divide into 12 muffins and bake at 350F for 25 min
