- 30g Frosted Cookie Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Handful of Ice
- 3 Drops Caramel Extract
- 10g Pretzels- smashed
- 2 TBSP Redi Whip Whipped Cream
- 1 TBSP Walden Farms Caramel Sauce
- 1 TSP Pink Himalayan Salt
In a blender, combine milk, ice, extract, salt, and protein powder.
Mix 1/2 smashed pretzels in shake.
Top with whipped cream, caramel, and pretzel pieces.
