- 30g Frosted Cookie Protein Powder
- Handful of Ice
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 Drops Caramel Extract
- Redi Whip
- 1/2 TBSP Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
- Pink Himalayan Salt
In a blender, combine almond milk, ice, protein, dash of salt, and extract.
Blend and top with whip and caramel sauce.
