- 1/4 Canned Pure Pumpkin
- 2 Scoops PBC
- 2 TBSP Coconut Flour
- 1/3 Cup Egg Whites
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- Cool Whip- for topping
Set oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients except cool whip.
Spray muffin tin (should yield 6-8) and fill 1/2 way full. Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool and top with cool whip.
