Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop (30g) Frosted Cookie Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Handful Ice
  • 1 Can Diet Root Beer

Directions

In a blender- combine protein powder, milk, and ice.

Put in freezer for 15-20 minutes to harden.

Remove from fridge, add root beer and ice cream to cup and enjoy!
