Ingredients

Short Bread Crust⁣
☆ 1/2 cup salted butter⁣
☆ 1/2 cup flour⁣
☆ 2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition Protein Frosted Cookie⁣
☆ 1/4 cup powdered sugar⁣
☆ 1 teaspoon vanilla⁣

Lemon Filling
☆ 1/2 cup granulated sugar⁣
☆ 2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition Protein Lemon Bar⁣
☆ 3 whole eggs⁣
☆1/4 cup all purpose flour⁣
☆ powdered sugar for garnish⁣

1. Spray 8×8 or 9×9 square glass baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.⁣

For crust:⁣
1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix butter, flour, protein frosted cookie, powdered sugar, and vanilla until a dough starts to form. ⁣
2. Press dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are barely golden brown.⁣

For lemon filling:⁣
1. While crust bakes, make the lemon filling. Whisk sugar together with lemon bar protein, eggs, and flour. Once the crust is done baking, pour lemon filling over hot crust.⁣
2. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool completely, cut into squares and top with powdered sugar⁣
