- 60oz Cream Cheese- Room temperature
- 1 Egg
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 4 Scoops PFC
- 1/2 Cups Coconut Flour
- Candy Melts For Coating
Set oven to 350.
In a bowl- combine all ingredients, adding protein powder in last.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to form 18 equal sized cookies on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-16 minutes.
Once cookies are cooked and cooled, roll into balls and freeze for 30.
Melt candy melts and coat cake balls with candy melts- freeze again and enjoy.
