Ingredients

2 scoops protein wedding cake
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 pint of any ice cream you want. I used nicks Swedish cookie dough ice cream.

Directions

Serving Size: 6

1. Preheat oven 350 and spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
2. In a medium sized bowl using a hand mixer mix the coconut oil and coconut sugar together.
3. Add in applesauce and vanilla and mix well.
4. Add in protein, almond flour, and baking soda and mix well.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Scoop dough by 1 TBL and place on baking sheet.
7. Bake 7-10 minutes
8. Let cookies cool completely
9.Put 1/3 cup of ice cream between two cookies and enjoy!
