Ingredients

Brownie Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Frosted Cookie Protein Powder
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Flour

Cookie Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Frosted Cookie Protein Powder 
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • Enough Almond milk to Make a Sticky Paste

Directions

Set oven to 350 degrees.

Mix cookie dough ingredients together and put in fridge.

Mix all brownie ingredients together.

Spray a small bread tin and pour brownie mixture in.

Bake for 7 minutes.

Top brownie with cookie dough mixture.

Top with chocolate chips or sprinkles (I did both as you can see below).

I cut the brownie in half and used 1/2 of my cookie dough mixture on each piece.
