Ingredients

1 cup @kodiakcakes buttermilk mix
2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PCC
2 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1/4 cup crushed pineapple 1/3 cup finely grated carrot
3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk 1/3 cup chopped walnuts.

Frosting:
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 a container of @yoplaitusa Oui maple yogurt (you could use any other yogurt that preferably has some fat and sweetness to it)
1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1/2 scoop @bowmar_nutrition PCC.

In a large bowl mix:
1 cup @kodiakcakes buttermilk mix
2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PCC
2 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1/4 cup crushed pineapple 1/3 cup finely grated carrot
3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk 1/3 cup chopped walnuts .

Mix until thoroughly combined and pour batter into a round cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes. Allow cake to completely cool.

In a medium bowl beat with a hand mixer:
4 oz reduced fat cream cheese (softened)
