Ingredients

– 1 cup kodiak cake buttermilk pancake mix
– 1.5 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PBCC
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2-1 cup of almond milk
– 1 egg
– handful of blueberries

Directions

Serving Size: 12 small pancakes

Mix together the egg and almond milk. Add the amount of almond milk based on the consistency that you want your batter (thicker or a little thinner). Next, mix in the 3 dry ingredients. Finally, fold in a handful of blueberries (be sure not to over mix here). Spray down a pan and cook on a medium-high stovetop for just a couple minutes on each side. Enjoy!
