Ingredients

Batter:

  • 10g Frosted Cake Cookie Protein Powder
  • 5g Coconut Flour
  • 10g Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 20g Egg Whites
  • 1g Vanilla Extract
  • 1g Baking Powder

Frosting:

  • 2 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 2g Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (dry)
  • 3oz Bacon (broken apart)

Directions

Set oven to 350. In a bowl- combine all batter ingredients.

Spray donut pan (yields 2).

Pour batter into tin and bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden brown.

While baking- mix frosting ingredients and top donuts with frosting and bacon.
