Ingredients

1.5 cups (120g) Old Fashioned Oats
1.5 cups (40g) Rice Krispies Cereal
1 scoop of Bowmar Nutrition Protein Frosted Cookie
3 tbsp. (45g) coconut oil
1/4 cup (84g) honey
3 tbsp. (29g) brown sugar
3 tbsp. (42g) mini chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly spread the oats onto a cookie sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes. You only want to bake them long enough so the edges begin to SLIGHTLY brown. Let the oats cool for a few minutes and then combine with the cereal and protein in a large mixing bow. Place off to the side for now.

On a low heat, begin melting together the coconut oil, brown sugar and honey in a saucepan. Stir frequently. Once the mixture begins to slightly bubble, remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Stir every minute as it’s cooling.

Next, pour the liquid mixture on top of the oat mixture in your large mixing bowl. Mix and mix until everything is fully combined. Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes. Once it is cool to the touch, mix in the mini chocolate chips.

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Slightly spray the parchment paper with cooking spray. Pour your mixture into the pan and evenly spread and pack in. Let cool and settle for at least an hour before cutting.
