Ingredients

I used 1/2 cup @birchbenders protein mix, half scoop @bowmar_nutrition carrot cake protein, 1/4 cup shredded carrot, 2 tbsp beaten egg whites, dash of nutmeg then a handful of walnuts and raisins. I eyeball water till the batter it thick no runny

Directions

Mix it all together and let it thicken while you heat the pan.⁣
