Ingredients

  • 8g Pancake Mix
  • 8g PBC protein Powder
  • 4g Coconut Flour
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
  • 1/8 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 8g Smashed Graham Crackers
  • 10g Frosted Cookie Protein Powder

Directions

Heat mini waffle maker.

While heating, combine pancake mix, protein powder (8g), blueberries, coconut flour, baking powder, and egg whites in a bowl.

Once waffle marker is warm, spray with oil.

Recipe will yield 2 mini waffles.

Pour 1/2 of your batter on the waffle maker.

Mix pudding mix, protein powder (10g), and almond milk together.

Add in graham crackers.

Stuff waffles with pudding mix.

Top with whipped cream, any remaining graham crackers, and several blueberries.
