1/2 scoop of Bowmar Nutrition Protein Frosted Cookie
1/2 cup of frozen fresh blueberries (see below of how to flash freeze)
50 gram of banana
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 tablespoon Bowmar Nutrition Blueberry Donut Almond Spread
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until your liking. Can add more milk if needed.
To flash freeze blueberries, wash blueberries. Place the blueberries on a paper towel, or clean kitchen towel, to dry. Make sure to remove any stems or bruised blueberries. Let the blueberries sit until completely dry. Spread the them out on a baking sheet and place in freezer overnight. Then bam! Ready for the next morning.
