Ingredients

1 cup kodiak cakes 2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PBC
2 tbsp sugar free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk

Frosting:
3 oz softened reduced fat cream cheese 2 tbsp milk of choice 1 1/2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PBC
1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding

Directions

Serving Size: 8

In a large bowl mix:
1 cup kodiak cakes 2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PBC
2 tbsp sugar free cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk .

Mix and pour batter into 8 nonstick muffin tins or line tins with cupcake liners (full transparency they do stick a bit with liners, I’m just lazy and prefer a bit of stickage over scrubbing cupcake pans….)

Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, let cool.

In a separate bowl beat:
3 oz softened reduced fat cream cheese 2 tbsp milk of choice 1 1/2 scoops @bowmar_nutrition PBC
1 tbsp sugar free cheesecake pudding mix .

Frost cupcakes, add extra sprinkles if you desire (why wouldn’t you desire though, ya know??) and devour! .
