Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop PBC
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg White (3 TBSP)
  • Splash of Water
  • 1 TBSP Fat Free Cool Whip (for topping)
  • Sprinkles (for topping)

Directions

In a microwave safe bowl- combine everything except cool whip and sprinkles.

Cook on high for 40 seconds.

Wait to cool.

 Remove from bowl and top with whip and sprinkles.
